The Frozen River: A Wonder of the Haven

Despite the fact that the frozen river was born out of a disaster, we must also look at its marvellous side. It’s an atypical hydrological event that makes it possible to extend the pedestrian zones of The CLOUD, while knowing the real risks of it thawing. You need to pay attention to the safety signals. If the signals are green, you can move around. If you hear a warning siren or see red signals, then perhaps prepare for the worst. But this is very rare and only happens once a decade. If you see areas of unfrozen water, then be careful or always look out for the safety signals.
